A clear overview of what Zimam may process, why, and how you stay in control.
This can include Sign in with Apple account information, the name or profile picture you choose, notification preferences, and progress information saved in Zimam. Depending on the features you use, this may include daily promises, urge or relapse sessions, notes, community content, and coach conversations.
We use it to provide your experience, save and restore progress when you sign in, make the features you choose available, and improve the reliability of Zimam while understanding overall usage.
The front camera opens only when you choose the mirror screen. It is a live on-device preview: Zimam does not capture photos or record video or audio from the camera.
We use Apple for sign-in and purchases, Supabase for account and cloud data services, Mixpanel for limited product analytics, and Superwall to present in-app subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
Account-related information is kept for as long as needed to operate the account or until you ask to delete it. You can delete your account in the app. When you do, we begin deleting account-related information from our systems, subject to applicable legal and technical obligations.
You can access and change some information in Settings and delete your account in the app. For other privacy requests, contact the Zimam Support Team using the email address in the Contact us section below.
